- Vendor space is normally 12'x 25'. Additional space may be available with management approval.
- Upon approval, box trucks or delivery style trucks as well as trucks with a bed may be used as part of vendor space.
- Food vendors must have all appropriate permits from Maricopa County Environmental Service and provide proof of current permits with their application.
- Product sellers must have all appropriate sales tax permits from the State of Arizona and provide proof of current permits with the application.
- All vendors will need to have a current Gila River Business License.
- Product liability insurance is required for all food vendors.
- Vendors are responsible for their own setup and display.
- Vendors must keep stands neat and clean and are required to pick up after themselves.
- Electricity may be available with prior notice to Management.
- There is no admission fee for the public, and parking is free.
- Space assignments are the decisions of the selection committee. Every effort will be made to maintain locations for regular consistent vendors.
- Spaces will not be held for tardy vendors. Set-up must be completed 15 minutes before market opening. Spaces will be reassigned after vendor is tardy 3 times.
- No smoking in vending or market areas.
Vendor Selection - Your application will be reviewed by a vendor selection committee that will review all applications to the market to ensure that your products meet the criteria listed above. If selected, you will be asked to provide any outstanding/permit insurance information, as well as a signed vendor agreement and your annual fee.
Fee Structure: There are NO annual or daily fees. It is completely FREE.
Credit Card Machine: We will have a credit card machine available for vendor use. We currently accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).
Equipment Rental: The Market has a limited number of tables available for free usage on a reserved first come basis.
Electricity: Electricity plug-ins are available at no charge (FREE), however electrical usage will need to be reserved in advance and will be on a first come basis.
No Food Waste Program: For those farmers who are interested, Rawhide and its partners will purchase all remaining produce at a negotiated/reduced rate at the end of each farmers' market day; which means more money to our participating farmers and no wasted produce!
